Are You Having a Hard Time Eating Breakfast?

A lot of people are having a hard time eating breakfast but there is research that shows a fourth of your daily intake should be your breakfast.








Your body needs energy after a night of fasting. If your body doesn’t get enough energy in the morning there is a huge risk your snacking will increase up to ten times than if you just eat breakfast in the morning. In a study, they took ten factory workers who ate breakfast every morning and ten who didn’t. The results where shocking, those who ate breakfast in the morning were an average of 30% more efficient in terms of working.

If you have trouble eating breakfast try choosing something simple which takes less then one minute to prepare such as sour milk or some yoghurt. Try getting atleast 200 calories in your breakfast every morning. No matter if you work or not, just eat it. That is the important part.
